Arriving at the practice

Please follow arrival instructions provided with your appointment — including parking, entrance, and any buzzer or reception steps. If something is unclear on the day, reception staff will help where they can.

We're part of the Burnham and wider Slough community — aligned with local NHS pathways, pharmacies, and urgent care.

  • Journey planning. Allow time to reach Britwell Road, Burnham; parking and entrance steps are confirmed with your appointment where needed.
  • Pharmacy & medicines. Your GP practice and community pharmacy remain central for repeat prescriptions and medicines advice; we'll coordinate with your usual team when appropriate.
  • Staying connected. Follow-up and correspondence aim to keep your referrer and wider care team informed within normal confidentiality and consent expectations.
